Job Description
Position: Shift MillerLocation: Cape Town, Western CapePrimary Role Summary:Obtaining good output, extraction and product quality by adjustments and control of the milling plant. The target is to obtain optimum milling performance.Minimum Qualification and Experience Criteria:
- GMF Module 4 and Trade Tested
- Wheat grading and fumigation will be an added advantage.
- HACCP will be an added advantage.
- 5 Years experience post Trade Tested
- 5 Years Wheat Milling in a 16 TPT mill.
- Be familiar with PLC operated plant.
- Have worked at least in a 20 ton per hour Mill
- Good Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Be self-motivated.
- Ability to function in a team.
