Responsibilities:What were looking for:We are looking for a Shift Millwright to join our dynamic team. The role is physically located in Wadeville. The position is of a Shift Millwright, who covers Utilities, Processing and Warehouse transfer conveyer section.The scope of work is equipment maintenance and repairs in all these sections, planned and maintenance breakdowns and process support to the Blending/Processing team. The successful incumbent will also be responsible for the following:

• Plant and equipment availability>90
• Make sure that equipment and machinery are maintained at acceptable and sound engineering standards
• Completion of planned maintenance schedules
• Prepare electrical circuitry and components
• Making sure that pasteurisers are a operating at optimum standards
• Coaching and supporting production personnel
• Making sure equipment is operating at safe standards outlined in the PepsiCo MESS standards
• Completion of 5whys and RCAs

Qualifications:What will qualify you for the role

• Technical Millwright trade
• Understanding electrical systems
• Understanding mechanical systems
• Understanding ammonia refrigeration systems
• Understanding basic process control and instrumentation systems
