Job Summary Gr.12;N3-6 Electromechanical Eng.;qual.Millwright;Ammonia Refrigeration; SHE;FSSC 22000;MS Office; 3-5 Years food plant exp. scheduled/predictive/preventative maint.of compressor/ammonia refrigeration /scales/processing/ form-fill-seal packaging equipment/boiler/PLC equip./drives/automation/elec.problem solving/maintenance in food/beverage/ cosmetics/ pharm.factory Responsible for services/breakdowns steam/electricity/ammonia/ ensure effective maint.of production/facilities equipment/identify potential breakdowns/perform electrical/ mechanical fault finding/minimise downtime/ maximise uptime. Adhere to/support objectives Dept. performance targets/Qualiy/Food Safety/GMP/ SHE/housekeeping standards/report problems to Food Safety/ Quality Mngr to initiate/record action.Deploy Maint.Assistants efficiently/supervise Handyman/ensure all planned maint.schedules up to date/plan/coordinate all projects/complete Job Cards/Work Orders/admin. schedules accurately/keep Maintenance Foreman up to date with daily occurrences.
