Key Performance Areas
Managing and Supervising staff and their workload
Implement and management of Housekeeping
Administration and coordination of stock
Administration and implementation of Shift admin
Maintaining of equipment and machinery
Administeringxc3x82 and coordination of raw material and finished product
Managing and coordination of loads and trucks
Managing Safety Health and Risk
Drive cost awareness of Shift xc3xa2xc2x80xc2x93 Waste and non-complaint product reduction.Requirements
Matric (Grade 12 Certificate)
Production or Supervisory related qualification would be an advantage
Possession of a valid Code 08/EB driverxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s licenseExperience
3 Yearsxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99 experience in a similar position in a manufacturing/FMCG or milling environment
Ability to speak, read and write English
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & MS Outlook
