SUMMARY:
Surface Mining - WIMPOSITION INFO:SHIFT SUPERVISOR LOAD AND HAULLOCATION: Northern CapeTYPE: One Year Fixed Term ContractREMUNERATION: R 600K - R 900K paCLOSING DATE: 14 September 2024KPA: To plan and organize shift resources, including all loading tools and trucks, in order to execute the load and haul process in accordance with the daily pit schedule, which includes but are not limited to: Operations supervision; management; Budget and cost control; People supervision; People leadership; Continuous improvement; SHERQ adherenceMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- Blasting Certificate in Surface Mining
- Supervisory Certificate (NQF level 4)
- Mine Overseer Certificate in Mining or National Diploma in Mining
- Min 5 years general surface mining experience - Control Room / Quality Control / Machine Operator
- Min 1 year Supervisor / Team / Project Leader experience in a surface mining environment
- Min 1 year operator experience - Load and Haul or Auxiliary equipment (DESIRED)
- Min 5 years Supervisor / Team / Project Leader experience in a Load and Haul mining environment (DESIRED)
