RedCat Recruitment is URGENTLY seeking an experienced SHIFT SUPERVISOR for a well-established large concern, position based along the outskirts of Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.JOB DESCRIPTIONGrade 12.English speaking (person must be able to speak, read and write in English competently).Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle.Production or Supervisory related qualification would be an advantage.Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).3yrs+ previous experience in a similar position in a manufacturing and milling environment.Person will be required to oversee and manage the shift process, which includes human resources, quality, safety, risk, environment, administration and operations and to ensure the smooth running of the mill.Managing and supervising staff and their workload.Implement and management of housekeeping.Administration and coordination of stock.Administration and implementation of shift administration.Maintaining of equipment and machinery.Administer and coordination of raw material and finished product.Managing and coordination of loads and trucks.Salary package offered: - Market relatedPLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE / ONLY SUITABLE CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED.
