Job Summary MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Grade 12 Blasting certificate (Scheduled Mines) Completed shift supervisor course. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 3 years experience as an appointed Shiftboss in a trackless mining environment. Experience in narrow tabular ore bodies will be an advantage Sound knowledge of the Mine, Health & Safety Act Familiarity with labour legislation Computer literacy Previous experience in a supervisory position will be an advantage.
