Job Summary MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS xe2x80xa2 Grade 12 xe2x80xa2 Blasting certificate (Scheduled Mines) xe2x80xa2 Completed shift supervisor course. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE xe2x80xa2 3 years experience as an appointed Shiftboss in a trackless mining environment. xe2x80xa2 Experience in narrow tabular ore bodies will be an advantage xe2x80xa2 Sound knowledge of the Mine, Health & Safety Act xe2x80xa2 Familiarity with labour legislation xe2x80xa2 Computer literacy xe2x80xa2 Previous experience in a supervisory position will be an advantage.
