Shop Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for a stylish and fashionable shop assistant to join our team in Paternoster. The shop assistant will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers and assist with day-to-day store operations.
Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Sales support
Customer service
Merchandising and Store presentation
Inventory management
Minimum Requirement:
Previous retail experience, at least 2 years' experience
Must live in Paternoster and only women
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A passion for fashion and an interest in current trends
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays and peak shopping periods
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Salary: Negotiable + commission (target driven)
Start Date: ASAP
