The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and servicing short-term insurance clients. They will play a vital role in generating new business, building relationships with clients, and providing expert insurance advice and solutions.Key ResponsibilityAchieve monthly sales targets by selling insurance plans to new and existing clients.Develop effective marketing strategies and utilize networking and cold calling to identify opportunities.Tailor insurance plans to meet clients' specific needs through needs analysis.Obtain quotes from multiple insurance providers and provide clients with solid advice.Upsell and cross-sell additional services and products.Manage client relationships from lead to policy activation and handle renewals.Ensure compliance documentation is completed.Maintain a strong pipeline of potential business opportunities and report activities to management.Minimum Requirements:Matriculation certificateRE5 certificationNQF4 or NQF5 qualification with at least 120 creditsClass of business certificates for personal and commercial linesProven experience in handling personal and commercial linesOwn reliable vehicle and valid driver's licenseAttributes Required:Entrepreneurial mindset for independent workExceptional interpersonal skills and networking abilityEstablished client network and prospecting skillsInnovative approach to marketing and client acquisitionStrong sales skills and tenacityIf you have reached the above-mentioned criteria - please send your CV to j.dorfling@thirdagegroup.comJob Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:Bloemfontein, Free State: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
