Regulatory Examination: RE 5

full qualification
(e.g., NQF Level 4 in Short-Term Insurance) is
advantageous

DOFA compliance
: Must be within the prescribed timeframe, and regulatory records must be
valid and not expired

Key Responsibilities:
Handling policy endorsements, amendments, and renewals for domestic insurance clients.
Processing policy documentation and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Liaising with insurers and clients regarding policy changes and queries.
Assisting with claims administration when necessary.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
