- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or similar field.
- 5+ Years of Siebel Architecture experience with Sales and Service cloud
- 3+ years Siebel Developer experience.
- Experience in running a blueprinting or a discovery engagement for other customers.
- 7+ years of Enterprise/Application architecture experience.
- Understanding of Siebel ecosystem, products, and development
- Exposure to SOAP or REST based web services
- Siebel Certified Administrator, Siebel Certified Platform Developer credentials
- Strong understanding of domain-driven design and application design patterns
- Mindset to design for processes that are efficient and solutions that are scalable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
- Exemplary interpersonal and refined relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical thinking capabilities and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand new information and ideas and evaluate the impact on current processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Willingness to work with team members; able to coach, participate in code reviews, share skills and methods.
