Provide training and technical support for Simulation products.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute initiatives to grow business opportunities.
Present technical solutions to customers, aligning with their design objectives and constraints.
Troubleshoot engineering problems, identify best practices, and introduce innovative concepts for optimal design.
Serve as a technical advisor and point of contact for customer queries.
Qualifications:
B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with a strong focus on computational methods.
Demonstrated experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) or Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) with tools like SolidWorks Simulation, ANSYS, or Nastran.
Min 3 years of relevant industry experience, particularly in simulation application and support.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for exploring new design methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
Experience applying simulation strategies in real-world engineering projects will be an asset.
