Locate candidate sites within specific geographic areas, which meet engineering standards, as well as SBAxc2xb4s requirements.What You Will Do xe2x80x93 Primary ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and validate if candidate sites are located nearby sensitive or saturated zones according the Antenna Law in effect, meet engineering standards and registry legal status where applicable and permittable (tower design, correct zoning, etc.) and constructible (sufficient space, power availability, etc.).Deliver to the team leader a detailed report.Follow up with site acquisition vendors, if applicable, on progress, milestone achievement and request all necessary information, data, documentation and any other matters related to the site acquisition process.Prepare initial site sketches/drawings and review engineered site designs;Compile all candidate data and site acquisition progress and supply weekly progress reports and insure integrity of the data captured.Prepare and present proposals to property owners explaining the mutual benefits of a business relationship, and gauge the motivation of the owners.Prepare legal data packages for the leasing contract.Support all the phases of obtaining permits needed for the construction and operation of the site.Meet with Municipal authorities; community of neighbors; and any other third parties that may be involved in the permitting process in order to explain them telecommunication project and other related.Document Management and Flow Process: Send all partially executed Ground Lease Agreements, Addendums, etc. to Legal and ensure fully executed documents are obtained; all work and/or documents to be loaded on One Drive; facilitate in One Drive / hard copy file process signoff; 3rd party applications and approvals facilitated; suggestions are made to assist the process.Management process flow of ground lease agreements, review process to ensure practical resolutions; quality assurance and validity checks; ensuring low base rents; arrange amendments from Legal and land/property owners.Take ownership of the regional property database to ensure that all required property data fields are accurate and up to date.Domestic travel and field work.What Youxe2x80x99ll Need xe2x80x93 Qualifications & RequirementsH.S. Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred in a related field of study; and 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in telecommunications or property industry required.#LI-SV1Report job
