Job Description


:Co-ordination of meetings, conferences and diaries including pre-meeting pack preparation and other arrangements

  • Prepare Presentations or reports for Team members from multiple resources and tailored
into the site communication plan.
  • Take the care required to ensure that category, site and plants messages are aligned to
the overall site strategy
  • Experience in social media message development / audio visual development.
  • Typing of minutes / correspondence/Filing
  • Domestic & international travel arrangements .
  • Conference and seminar arrangements and co-ordination
  • Presentation deck preparation based on the instructions.
  • Diary management and scheduling of appointments
  • Screening calls and message taking
  • Sorting and screening of mail and other correspondence
  • Control and manage stationery and catering requirements
  • Assist Function with any facilities related matters, including maintenance, contracts, running
of the office.
  • Expense Claims and generating of purchase orders.
  • Facilitate the execution of group or team requests as requests.
  • Cellular Phone administration / Customer requests resolved /Ad hoc admin tasks

Experience
xe2x96xaa Previous secretarial experience - minimum 3-5 years.

pressure.
xe2x96xaa Skilled at developing and managing multiple.
stakeholders and their demands.
xe2x96xaa In depth knowledge of office management and basic
accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary
of FMCG industryQualifications:NQF Level 4, preferably with secretarial certification
xe2x96xaa Advanced level proficiency in MS Office Suite
xe2x96xaa Speed typing at a minimum of 75 words a minute
