  • Road construction and rehabilitation experience.
  • SANRAL project exposure and experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Contract management experience
  • Contract negotiation experience
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Solid knowledge of construction claim legislation, i.e. GCC, COLTO, COTO & FIDIC.
  • Compile site progress reports.
  • Oversee contractors to ensure they meet SLA conditions and maintain safety standards.
Our required expertise:
  • Degree / Diploma in Engineering/Construction management
  • Professional registration with ECSA or SACPCMP
  • Minimum of 10 years civil engineering site management experience
  • Willingness to travel and work anywhere within South Africa & Africa
  • GCC certification advantageous
