- Road construction and rehabilitation experience.
- SANRAL project exposure and experience.
- Project management experience.
- Contract management experience
- Contract negotiation experience
- Leadership and management experience
- Solid knowledge of construction claim legislation, i.e. GCC, COLTO, COTO & FIDIC.
- Compile site progress reports.
- Oversee contractors to ensure they meet SLA conditions and maintain safety standards.
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering/Construction management
- Professional registration with ECSA or SACPCMP
- Minimum of 10 years civil engineering site management experience
- Willingness to travel and work anywhere within South Africa & Africa
- GCC certification advantageous
