Job Summary Site Agent Wynberg - Sandton - Gauteng EMAIL CV TO xe2x80xa2 As a site agent you will be responsible for working collaboratively with contractors to ensure that construction and/or building contracts are carried out on schedule. xe2x80xa2 Your job will involves overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring that all works are organized, and key building materials delivered on time. xe2x80xa2 You will ensure that a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects are well-monitored and directed from their start until their completion. xe2x80xa2 You will utilize professionalism, high levels of organization, and attention to detail to ensure that contractors and subcontractors complete their work in strict adherence to time and budget expectations. xe2x80xa2 You will oversee and manage the activities of a range of contractors and subcontractors, that begin from site preparation and foundation work through to the final stage of a construction project. xe2x80xa2 You will also be saddled with the responsibility of providing inputs on the selection and hiring of contractors and subcontractors and making frequent visitations to construction sites to monitor work progress. xe2x80xa2 You will also be a liaison between contractors and clients. xe2x80xa2 You will be responsible for problems with on-site work activities and come up with recommendations and/or suggestions to ensure that the construction project does not run over budget.
