Be fully aware of the content and impact of new contracts ie general conditions of contract, special conditions, specifications, drawings; be aware of relevant legislation relating to the contract - as related to site operational execution and governance.

Maintain working relationship with head office structures with regards to support and professional services (HR, Safety, Quality, Plant, Survey, Commercial, Finance, IT, QS), in support of site deliver
Operations & Project Management
Responsible for project execution on a specific site - within budget, scope, timelines, productivity and SHEQ standards
QUALIFICATION
Degree in Civil Engineering
Project Management qualification would be advantageous
Management qualification will be advantageous
Concrete, Drains and Earthworks Technical Courses
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years relevant experience in respect of managing sections of a construction project as section engineer / site engineer
Must have practical and hands-on experience in the management of foremen, labour and plant resources
Experience in planning and setting up construction projects, preferably at section engineer
Managerial: At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a construction environment, at chargehand / supervisory level
