Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Agent with a SACPCMP registration in the Eastern Cape region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of road and earthworks projects.Key Responsibilities:- Managing and coordinating all aspects of road and earthworks projects from start to finish- Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget- Monitoring and enforcing health and safety regulations on site- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress- Managing and motivating site staff to achieve project goals- Keeping detailed records of project progress and communicating updates to the project managerRequirements- SACPCMP registration is mandatory- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred- Strong knowledge of road and earthworks construction techniques and materials- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Valid driver's licenseBenefitsContact Hire Resolve for you next career-changing move.
