Location: Cape Town, South Africa
Type: Full-TimeResponsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multi-story building projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Manage site documentation, including progress reports, project schedules, and budgets.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on multi-story building projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license.
