Job Description
Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a leading construction company in the Eastern Cape to find a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent Structures for an exciting new project.Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the project from start to finish
- Manage site operations, including resource allocation and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Monitor project progress and implement changes as needed
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and submit project reports to management
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during construction
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- SACPCMP registration
- Proven experience as a Site Agent on structural projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with project teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license and own transport
- Willingness to travel and work on site
