Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Agent/Site Engineer looking to transition into a Managerial role. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of diverse construction projects.Key Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.xc2xb7 Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.xc2xb7 Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.Requirements:xc2xb7 A BSc Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred.xc2xb7 Minimum of 9 years of experience in the Construction industry.xc2xb7 Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior role within construction management and construction of large commercial and retail developmentsxc2xb7 Computer literate in Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Projects.xc2xb7 Working knowledge of CCS planning and estimating programmes is essential.xc2xb7 Working knowledge of Construction Regulations, Building Contracts (JBCC/NEC), and Contract Specifications is essential.Should you wish to apply for this position, please send your CV to us or call XXX-XXXX.
