Job Summary Hire Resolve is currently working with a leading architectural firm in Pretoria, Gauteng, who is looking for a skilled and experienced Site Architect to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process and ensuring that all architectural specifications and design principles are met on-site. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and efficient progress of the projects.Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • Registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP)
  • Proficiency in using Revit software, preferably with certification
  • Advanced knowledge of council documentation and submission processes
  • Strong skills in technical detailing and construction documents
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
