SUMMARY:
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for engineering and project management? NDC Personnel & Contractors is seeking an experienced Site Engineering Manager for a key role at an FMCG in the Western Cape.POSITION INFO:
Your responsibilities will include guiding a team of engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring project success within scope, budget, and timeframes, and developing processes that enhance efficiency. As a skilled problem solver and decision maker, youll manage resource allocation, foster team growth, and drive innovation.To succeed in this role, youll need a Bachelors/BTech degree in engineering (trade-tested artisan is a plus), 6+ years of technical team leadership experience, and 8+ years within the industry. Proficiency in project management and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience with GGC (factories) and an understanding of regulatory compliance are advantageous.
