Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years as a Site Forman on Luxury | High-end Home Projects
- Tertiary Qualification in Construction | Building Management will be beneficial
- In depth Knowledge of Building Materials | Techniques | Quality Standards
- Experience in applying Health and Safety Standards on Site
- Proficient in the use of MS Office | Relevant Construction Software
- Valid Drivers License and own transport essential
- Contactable References and Payslips required
