Hire Resolve's client in the Oil Refinery industry is currently seeking a Site Maintenance Supervisor. As a Site Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance activities at an oil refinery site. This includes planning and scheduling maintenance tasks, supervising maintenance teams, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in compliance with safety regulations.At Hire Resolve, we understand the importance of finding the right fit for both our candidates and clients. • Plan and schedule maintenance activities to ensure optimal utilization of resources
• Supervise maintenance teams and provide guidance and support
• Monitor maintenance performance and implement improvements as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance-related issues
• Manage maintenance budgets and control costs
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in the Oil Refinery industry
• Strong knowledge of maintenance principles and practices in an industrial setting
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus
