Job SummaryHire Resolve is currently working with a reputable construction company in Cape Town who is seeking a skilled Site Manager to join their team.Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities as Site Manager.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors effectively.
- Manage materials and equipment on site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders throughout the project duration.
- B-Tech qualification required; SACPCMP registration preferred.
- Experience in high-end multi-residential developments, retail, and healthcare sectors.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience required.
- Must possess own transport and reside in Cape Town.
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous employment with reputable companies is essential.

- Salary: R500,000 - R700,000 Negotiable based on experience.
