The Site Senior Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the teams ensuring that the onsite guarding divisions Standard Operating Procedures are followed, administering the contract to ensure the smooth running of the operation, they will ensure that all new staff receive adequate training and induction and coach, mentor and motivate teams to ensure contract efficiency at all times

Responsibilities:
Command and control of the day-to-day management of all guarding divisions as directed by the Service level agreement.
Liaise with Site Supervisor on a daily basis on the management of sites and ensure that all the queries are handled accordingly and appropriately.
Ensure that sites are fully resourced with fully qualified and well experienced officers.
Oversee, coordinate, and lead security requirements with vendors who safeguard the company's assets, intellectual property and technology as well as the physical safety of employees and visitors.
Identify protection goals, objectives, and metrics consistent with corporate strategic plan and compliance requirements.
Contribute to the development and implementation of national security policy, standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security. Physical protection responsibilities will include asset protection, workplace violence prevention, access control systems, video surveillance, network and access control access, employee education and awareness, and more.
Maintain relationships with local, national and law enforcement agencies and other related government agencies.
Oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary.
Work with outside consultants as appropriate for independent security audits.
Perform daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual audits and reviews to validate that security is deployed as expected.
Assist the Operations Security Administrators in maintenance and repair of the security system. Adherence to standard operating procedures and to IT Security governance and policies.
Comply with client specific security procedures, including incident and change control procedures.
Assist after hours with all client related queries (Monday to Sunday)
Daily working hours 6AM to 6PM (Monday to Friday)
Do daily CCTV/Access Control checks and report any discrepancies,
Conduct a complete patrol throughout the premises daily to ensure everything is still in order and report any discrepancies.
Conduct daily checks on all key registers and escalate immediately if any keys are missing.
Conduct daily camera reviews to ensure all cameras are fully operational.
Accept all client deliveries to the premises and upload the relevant documents linked to the tickets to Ozone.
Assist or escalate with all unexpected incidents that might occur after hours.
Support the national security team, as requested from time to time.
Target and KPI focused yet able to deliver whilst maintaining employee engagement
Excellent people and performance management skills: motivate, coach, develop, inspire
Qualifications and Experience:
Tertiary Diploma in Security Management or equivalent will be an advantage (Compulsory)
PSIRA registered Grade A (Compulsory)
Matric Grade 12 (Compulsory)
Employed for at least 4-6 years within AM/TSU
Have a minimum of 5-8 years' Managerial experience as a Site Manger in the Security Industry (Compulsory)
Reside within Helderberg Region (Strand, Somerset West or Stellenbosch)
Have a vehicle & a valid drivers license
Computer literate and strong report writing skills
Strong planning, leadership and organizational skills with experience in investigations
Fluent in English and Afrikaans (added advantage)
Experience in investigations and Report writing
Clean credit and criminal record
Solid track record of managing security officers and dealing with discipline and conflict management
Risk Identification & Analysis background
Excellent guest relations skills and experience in dealing with clients
Ability to communicate effectively with Executives
Strong personal initiative and integrity, with ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver solutions under minimal guidance
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information/matters sensitively
Proven collaboration skills - can lead internal/external multi-functional teams and meet externally driven deadlines despite multiple priorities.
Be accountable for the implementation, monitoring and compliance of the Group's Security policies, systems, procedures and standards.
