Job Description
Our client requires an experienced Construction Site Manager with strong leadership skills, in-depth construction knowledge, and proven experience in large-scale construction projects. Projects will be located in the Western Cape.Duties (including but not limited to):
- Construction project time management and planning.
- Material and plant management.
- Quality control and assurance.
- Allocating resources.
- Staff and subcontractor management.
- Controlling costs and budgets of projects.
- Minimum: Matric with 10 years proven construction experience in the role of site manager.
- Ideally: Diploma in Construction or a B Tech in Building Construction, coupled with a minimum of 10 years proven construction experience in the role of site manager.
- The 10 years construction experience in the role of site manager must be in building construction.
- Civil qualifications and civil experience will NOT be considered.
- Engineering qualifications and experience as a site engineer will NOT be considered.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Diligent and accountable.
- Self-assertive.
- High work standards.
- Excellent problem assessment and solving abilities.
- Must have a stable career history.
