Job Description
We are a dynamic and fast-growing business in the hospitality industry, looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to support our Development Department with site supervision and maintaining thrid party & sub-contractor relationships , while focussing on new build and re-modelling projects for our outlets. This is a full-time position
Key Performance Outputs:
Supervising the fit-out / refurbishment of New Builds and Facility upgrades under leadership of Senior Project Manager Understanding of Architectural drawings and Project Management Management of On-Site contractors 3- 5 years' experience Restaurant fit-out site experience will be advantageous
Requirements:
Ability to work independently under pressure, meeting all project timelines Fit-out-, basic construction and services knowledge Effective communication skills Valid drivers licence Willing to travel and manage national projects
