Job Description
Our well-established client, involved in significant African infrastructure and development projects, is currently recruiting for a Site Quantity Surveyor to join our SMPP division for an exciting construction project in Africa.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing project costs, ensuring financial accuracy, and collaborating effectively with project teams to deliver high-quality results on a contract basis.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost analyses and cost plans
- Draft tender and contract documents
- Monitor budgets and expenditures across all project stages
- Manage work variations and valuations
- Provide commercial guidance and collaborate with project teams
- 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying (mechanical & electrical projects)
- Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
- B.Sc in Quantity Surveying or relevant qualification
