Job Summary This job is if site and can be based in Limpopo, Western Cape or Durban must be willing to work away. Job Requirements Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required, and labour involved. (Tendering Phase) Prepare cost plans to enable design teams to produce practical designs for construction projects, which involve liaising with architects, engineers and subcontractors. SANRAL Roads / COTO Regulations. Payment certificate submissions. Attend meetings with Client, Engineer, project team. Strong negotiation skills required. Able to deal with and resolve disputes that may arise. Working as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered we strive for quality and consistency. Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs and sales.Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts, on final approval by our projects managers and contracts managers. Able to work well within a team-based environment. Communicate regularly with project staff and specialist subcontractors to ensure commercial controls are in place, always understood and followed. Manage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with the business timetable. Qualification and Skill Requirements: Build Smart NON Negotiable CCS NON Negotiable Degree in Quantity Surveying COTO Regulations Roads Experience Civils and Demolition Experience 5 - 10 years experience.
