DUR002156 - SITE SUPERVISOR - (CONSTRUCTION) - BALLITOJob Purpose:
To organize and manage the smooth running of projects within the construction industry.Required Qualifications:
- Relevant Mechanical Tertiary Qualification / Mechanical Trade - (Advantageous)
- 3+ years in a similar role and industry
- Management of team and equipment: - Ensure date and time with the team is arranged prior to starting date on site.
- Ensure staff are on time and fit for work.
- Ensure equipment is loaded in orderly fashion.
- Transport team and equipment to and from site.
- Ensure that the site is always neat and tidy, and that all equipment is in working order.
- Mechanical abilities to
- Safety file needs to be updated daily for each project.
- Check tools/equipment regularly to see when new tools are required.
- Administration - log keeping, ordering of supplies, etc.
- Strong Mechanical knowledge to assist with TLB rigs breakdowns and maintenance.
- Unquestionable integrity.
- High energy.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical problem-solving ability.
