Job Description
Site Supervisor with experience gained in the Construction industry needed in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.Start date: ImmediatelyThe Site Supervisor will oversee new builds and facility upgrades under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager.The role:
- Ensure projects are completed to high standards, on time, and within scope.
- Supervise and coordinate new construction projects and facility upgrades.
- Interpret and apply architectural drawings to ensure project accuracy.
- Manage and direct small team of on-site contractors to maintain project timelines and quality.
- 2 Years Site Supervisor experience in the building / construction industry.
- Completed Matric and Constuction Qualification - will be a bonus!
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure, meeting all deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and services & good understanding of architectural drawings!
- Strong communication skills in English & Afrikaans for effective team and client interaction.
- Valid drivers license & own vehicle - Essential
- Contactable References
- Willingness to travel and oversee national projects as required.
