Site Supervisor - Kempton Park - Johannesburg - R25 000 - R35 000 Per Month (Based On Experience)Mobile Racking and Helving business seeks s Site Supervisor who is competent to install and maintain mobile racking systems in warehouses. The ideal candidate must be able to handle both the electrical and mechanical aspects of these installations.You must be able to:Liaise with clients, in order to maintain and improve service levelsPerform site inspections independently and report findingsDo repairs and maintenance of new and existing systemsManage and plan new installationsRespond to breakdownsTrain assistants as well as supervise assistants, as and when necessaryJob-specific Requirements:Have recognisable technical qualifications - RED SEAL ElectricianMinimum 5 years working experience as a RED SEAL ElectricianPLC experience advantageousBe experienced in fault finding - must be able to work unsupervisedProblem-solving abilityMust be physically and medically fit and able, to work in the cold at -20xc2xb0 Celsius, for varying lengths of timeHave the ability to work at heightsBe able to read drawings (experience in reading electrical drawings is advantageous)Be prepared to work weekends, if and when requiredComputer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)Be disciplined and pay attention to detail - following procedures is of utmost importanceAbility to perform administrative duties, such as the completion of breakdown and planned work in accordance with a technical job card system, writing reports following inspections, drawing up quotes, etc.Be able to complete project work, in accordance with project schedulesHave the ability to work with a diverse cultural mix of peopleValid Code EC or EC1 driver's licenceValid and updated passportClear criminal recordKey Competencies:TrustworthyHonestReliableSober habitsSelf-assuredAbility to work unsupervisedClear, effective and efficient communication skillsTeam-playerA can-do attitudeMail:
