Job Summary Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a Site Supervisor/Construction Manager to join their dynamic team. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise site staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and report any issues to upper management
- Conduct regular site inspections and perform quality control checks
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
- Implement and enforce best practices in construction management
- National Diploma in Building/Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management or construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
