Job Description

An established renovations specialist in the Southern Peninsula is seeking two skilled and reliable General Contractors to join their team. The ideal candidates must be proactive and able to work independently as well as within a team. Being able to follow instructions to a tee and taking pride in your work is essential for this position.

Requirements:

Based in Southern Peninsula or surrounds South African Resident or Valid South African Work Permit and Valid Passport Fluent English Speaker Minimum of three contactable references Clear Criminal Record Excellent communication skills are essential Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction or renovations Proactive and willing to work in a team Hard working and able to take instructions Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Responsibilities:

Work alongside a team on various construction and renovations projects Support site operations by carrying out general labour duties as required Report back to the site manager on progress Follow instructions and carry out tasks to the highest quality standards Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are properly handled and maintained Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite Ability to communicate with management and clients in a professional manner when required
Daily Rate based on experience
