Job Description
Job Title: Skills Development, Employment Equity & B-BBEE ConsultantWe are currently seeking to expand our team and are looking for potential candidates with expertise in skills development, employment equity, and B-BBEE consulting. We require candidates who have experience across all three disciplines, are capable of implementing effective structures, and are enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of our business.Specifically, we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- A solid background in skills development consulting across different SETAs (Sector Education and Training Authority)
- Proven knowledge and experience in employment equity practices and/or consulting.
- A comprehensive understanding of B-BBEE compliance and consulting.
- The ability to implement structured frameworks and methodologies in these areas.
- A strong desire to collaborate and contribute to the overall growth and success of our company.
- 5 to 8 yearsxe2x80x99 experience
- Non AA/EE
- Completed Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree or LLB
- Full-time at the office, however, one or two days per week can be work from home depending on appointments
