Job SummaryAbout the Role As the Skills Development Manager: Skilling, you'll spearhead learning and development programs that bridge the digital skills gap in South Africa. You'll work with diverse stakeholders to implement innovative training solutions, manage partnerships with service providers, and ensure our initiatives create lasting impact in the ICT sector.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and delivery of EEIP Skilling initiatives
  • Evaluate and enhance training effectiveness through data-driven assessments
  • Oversee learnerships, internships, and mentorship programs
  • Manage budgets and maintain compliance with BBBEE/EEIP requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align programs with transformation objectives
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in training and development, including 2+ years in management
  • Strong knowledge of Skills Development Legislation, Employment Equity & BBBEE Legislation
  • Worked with Seta's in the past.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Business acumen combined with outstanding communication skills
  • Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) certification is advantageous
  • This will be a 18 month contract with a 3 month probation period.
