Manufacturing company with a global footprint in Cape Town is looking for a Skills Development Officer to join their team. You will be responsible for developing and coordinating a training and development plan, compile, submit, implement, and report on the Annual Training Report/Workplace Skills Plan, as well as provide information and guidance regarding skills development related issues. You will also be overseeing cost savings within the approved training budget and ensure accurate capturing of all training and development activities on appropriate HRIS platforms and databases.

Requirements:
Minimum Matric
Tertiary Qualification - Occupationally Directed Education, Training, and Development Practices (ODETD) or relevant
2 years of training/skills development or relevant experience
Sound knowledge of SDA
Proficient in Excel & Power Point
Experience in the Automotive or Marine industry will secure your interview.
