Eastern Cape, Port ElizabethMonthly Cost To Company (Market related)Our client in the Engineering industry is currently looking to employ a Smart Systems (BMS) Technician based in Port Elizabeth.A wonderful career opportunity awaits you.Requirements:
- National Diploma - Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics.
- Two years experience in the field of Controls, PLC and instrumentation.
- Able to read and interpret piping and instrument diagrams (PID).
- PLC programming and digital control systems experience.
- HVAC and building managements systems experience.
- Valid Code 08 drivers license.
- Knowledge of electrical control circuits and maintenance management systems.
- Program, repair and calibrate all process instrumentation and controls.
- Commissioning of controls, instrumentation and building management systems.
- Attend to callouts and breakdowns.
- Fault finding on sensors, controls and HVAC equipment.
- Develop and complete tasks in accordance with the companys SHEQ and ISO system.
- Provide feedback and updates to clients.
- Document and report all visits to customer sites as per work performed.
- Work efficiently and accurately in line with customer expectations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time, this within area of technical competence.
