We are seeking

Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

in various fields to support the development of educational content for higher education institutions. The ideal candidates will have in-depth knowledge and expertise in their respective domains and will work closely with our instructional design team to create engaging, high-quality learning materials for a variety of subjects. We are looking for SMEs in the following areas:

Computer Science Generative AI Nursing Entrepreneurship Financial Literacy Professional Communication Business Essentials Hospitality Diversity Healthcare Medical Terminology

Key Responsibilities:

Provide subject-matter expertise to develop accurate, relevant, and high-quality educational content for courses and programs in your area of expertise. Collaborate with instructional designers and other team members to ensure content is engaging, aligned with learning objectives, and suitable for diverse learner populations. Review and revise existing course materials to ensure they meet current industry standards and trends. Develop assessments, quizzes, and other learning activities to reinforce learning objectives. Offer insights and feedback on course design, structure, and pedagogy to enhance the learning experience. Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in your field to ensure content remains current and relevant. Assist with the creation of multimedia content, such as videos, case studies, and simulations, as needed. Provide support for instructors and students by clarifying content or addressing questions related to your area of expertise.

Qualifications:

Degree:

Master's degree or higher in the relevant field (Doctorate preferred for certain fields).

Experience:

Proven expertise and professional experience in the relevant subject area (5+ years of experience preferred). Strong knowledge of current trends, best practices, and industry standards in the specified subject. Experience developing curriculum, instructional materials, or training content for higher education is a plus. Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content. Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including instructional designers, project managers, and other SMEs. Familiarity with instructional design principles and educational technologies is a plus. Commitment to creating inclusive and diverse learning materials that reflect various perspectives and experiences.
