Job Description

We require skilled electrical artisan to start working in one of the leading construction company in the Midrand and East rand. Successful candidate will engage in repair of electrical wiring, install, maintain equipment; fix problems to ensure it work according to industry relevant code. Other duties candidate will also be involve with:- May install street light, electrical control systems and intercom systems
Other available positions includes:-  Electricians, welders, Turner, Fitter,  Millwrights, Mechanics, Toolmakers, boilermaker, patternmakers, Glaziers, Joiner, Steel fixers, Tilers, Plumbers, Bricklayers, carpenters, plasterers, Rigger and moulders 
Duties
Inspect electrical equipment components to detect hazardous defect and rectify to meet compliance code
Connect wires to transformers, circuit breaker and other component
Use power tools and hand tools test equipment, appliance, fixture and apparatus
Inform management about equipment that are hazardous and harmful 
Maintain electrical License to meet Government regulations
Prepare blueprint to determine location  of wiring equipment to meet building safety conformance codes
Perform management duties like maintaining records, ordering equipment supplies and prepare reports
Install power cables and ground leads to motors 
Should be able to work from scaffolds, ladders to install roofs, maintain and repairs electrical wiring
Skills
Grade 10- 12 / Diploma
Minimum exp 1-3 years
