The suitable candidate should have a BCom Degree with Accounting or CIMA / SAICA Article and 3 years experience in Accounting & Reporting with systems knowledge.QUALIFICATIONS:

• BCom Degree with Accounting or CIMA / SAICA Article

EXPERIENCE:

• 3 years experience in Accounting & Reporting with systems knowledge.
• Financial experience must encompass the full scope of reporting.
• SAP experience is essential.
• Exposure to standard costing method for inventory reporting.
• Experience in variances analysis (Budget vs Actuals)

SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION:1. RAMP Reporting

• Checks, verifies, and maintains information at transactional level to ensure data integrity of reporting
• Compiles financial reports for RAMP business.
• Review RAMP invoicing on SAP for the group.
• Monitoring and reviewing RAMP costs and drafting reports.
• Drafts a consolidated Ramp Report.
• Provides input for reporting to KLTD.

2. Management Reporting - Other Variable Costs (OVC's) and Inventory Management:

• Checks, verifies, and maintains information to ensure data integrity of reporting
• Stays abreast with required reporting parameters and criteria
• Manages & Reports on financial information with regards to Inventory Management, Advances (revenue recognition), OVC analysis of Material Price Variants (MVC), Inventory Adjustment, Scrapping, Warranty, Discounts Sales Policy & Rework), Work- in-Progress job costing allocation, Units Revaluations, Obsolescence, Moving Average Value (Weighted average costing) movement, Accruals, Mining Charter Calculation, Komtrax analysis, Operator training, Professional Service Expenditure reconciliation.
• Monitors & Follow -up on provisions, accruals, BP vs actual sales variances and queries.
• Monitors revenue, margins, and variances for the group.
• Provides information pertaining to internal & external audit queries.
• Checks, verifies, and maintains related information to ensure data integrity of reporting.
• Provides management feedback on reports and/or disseminates reports/information
• Provides input for reporting to KLTD
