As a key member of the team, you will provide mentorship, oversee the design and implementation of new applications, and drive continuous improvement. With your 5+ years expertise in Full Stack Development, 2+ years in a leadership role, knowledge of multiple back-end languages, and experience in cloud platforms, you will shape the enterprise information systems and infrastructure to support the business operations. • Envision and architect the next generation of our business systems, from design to deployment
• Mentor and lead a talented team of developers to maximize their productivity and impact
• Identify and implement emerging technologies that give us a competitive edge
• Ensure robust documentation, testing, and security throughout the development process
• Advise senior leadership on strategic technology initiatives that support business goals

To succeed, you'll need:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 5+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• 3+ years of full-stack development experience, primarily with C#
• Extensive knowledge of back-end languages, frameworks, databases, web servers, APIs, and testing
• Experience coaching and mentoring developers
• A track record of driving projects to successful completion
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and Azure

You will also have:

• Experience in the logistics/supply chain industry
• Knowledge of data warehousing and PowerBI
• Business acumen and strategic thinking skills
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• A proactive, results-driven approach
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills
