Job Description

Well established company in the Construction Industry has a vacancy for an experienced QS to join their team.POSITION INFO:
This person will protect the company`s reputational contractual and commercial interests whilst lowering project costs bases and increasing the revenue stream. Engage with various project stakeholders to safeguard the company`s interests, advises on cost and contractual arrangements and prepares contract documents. Ensures statutory compliance and that company procedures are being adhered to.Requirements:

• Relevant Tertiary Degree or Diploma with a reputable educational institutional
• Minimum 7 Years working experience as a QS within the

space. * Professional Registration and Statutory appointment ASAQS /MBA SA Council for the Quantity Surveying Professionals

• Engage with clients, contracts manager, internal support departments, sub-contractors / SMME's
• Prepared to Travel extensively for work to and from site, heavy workload and long hours working away from home
