What You'll Do:

Create with Purpose - Design bold, eye-catching, and platform-native content that makes people stop, watch, and engage. Turn Data into Design - Work closely with the insights team to interpret social trends and audience behavior, transforming them into smart, creative work. Mentor & Guide - Lead and inspire junior designers, helping them level up their craft and conceptual thinking. Be Hands-On - Whether it's capturing content on the go, editing in real time, or hacking a tiny budget into a big idea, you're not afraid to get your hands dirty. Engage in Social Listening - Stay ahead of visual trends, memes, and cultural moments to ensure our content is always fresh and relevant. Think Beyond the Post - Conceptualise and execute campaigns, activations, and reactive content that push the boundaries of social creativity. Collaborate & Execute - Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and community managers to bring ideas to life in the most impactful way.

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in social-first design, motion, or art direction. A portfolio packed with clever, high-impact social content. A deep understanding of different platforms and what works visually on each. The ability to balance quick-turn reactive content with high-concept creative work. A passion for social media--you're always online, always absorbing, and always experimenting. Experience mentoring and leading junior designers. A resourceful, "make it happen" attitude--no budget, no problem. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (bonus points for motion and video editing skills). A sharp eye for aesthetics, composition, and storytelling in a social-first world.
