If you have a flair for graphic design, experience with Adobe software, adverse in all social media platforms and the ability to juggle multiple projects, we want to hear from you!ROLE OVERVIEWResponsible for management of all daily social media management requirements and to maintain and build a brand of each of the companys clients and projects using a unified voice. Responsible for the daily creation of content, design and layout of images, GIFs and videos used on social media platform, posting of text, images and video to engage with the clients target market, follow online conversations and use social media for communication and PR initiative by using creativity and technology. Responsibility will be shared across 10+ accounts on various platforms with the main focus being on the client with multiple accounts. Your role will include graphic design using Adobe software and is a requirement for this role.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGRAPHIC DESIGN- Conceptualization, design and production of graphics for a variety of client social media pages and page requirements.- Design visual elements of communication messages for social media usages across all of the platforms.- Design internal and external messaging- Compose, edits, and proofreads visual copy for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, consistency, and formatting.- Create and monitor incomparable and professional designs for strategic communications and PR initiatives.- Prepare and provide designs using professional page layout and graphic design software used by the company.- Design promotional materials for events such as launches, official opening and closing, open day, launches, workshops, seminars, invitations, exhibitions, summits, and conferences.- Conduct research to keep abreast with the latest developments in the field of graphic and creative design.- Manage multiple projects and work assignments from a variety of clients.- Develop and implement graphic design and production guidelines.- Manage video story boards, visual aids, and editing.- Graphic design standards for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT- Cultivate a social media following and promote the companys clients branding and messaging.- Perform research on current benchmark trends.- Devise and implement content strategies and collect engagement data for reporting.- Identify trends amount customer interactions to help plan digital campaigns that build brand loyalty.- Establish audiences and targeting for each respective clients needs.- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals and objectives and based on clients specific needs and develop a relatable company voice.- Creation of content calendar by client, and by project.- Design, generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily in line with clients specific needs.- Monitor SEO and traffic metrics and reporting.- Communicate with followers and responsible for all communication with clients and audience including direct messages, comments, and reviews.- Manage all social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Twitter- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, promotions, competitions, events, and specific messaging as per clients needs.- Research trends in social media, designs, and applications relevant to communication and strategies.- Content and keyword creation for implementation across all platforms.- Monitor hashtags and trending topics- Monitor industry online posts that mention any of the company clients, or news related to clients to mediate the impact of negative reviews, share positive testimonials, stay on top of industry news and events, and strengthen customer and audience relationships.- Reporting on analytics and metrics related to all platforms inline with company processes monthly. Use data to analyse engagement data, identifying trends and planning digital campaigns to build community online.- Measure the success of every media campaign.- Communicate with industry professionals, influencers, and possible collaborations via social media to create a strong network.- Organising tasks and meeting deadlines according to schedules and must meet marketing and business goals of both the company and its clients.PROJECT MANAGEMENT- Responsible for being the communications contact for social media across our key project and key accounts.- Your main client in the project space will include all of the functions from KPA 1 however the account will be managed across a group of companies with very specific criteria.- The project scope will cover roughly 15+ pages to start, to which the number will grow and expand as the project grows globally.- Project consists of two separate entities with multiple branches which are located throughout Africa which may expand to other continents in time to come.- Each brand has its own message and is supportive of each other, however the content for each page will vary and message voice will differ.- Pages to be published in different languages, with content supplied directly from each entity depending on their region and language choice.- You are responsible for content and design strategies across all the entities including the communications directly with each stakeholder assigned to you at each entity.- Communicate, motivate, and manage content from each stakeholder assigned to you for each entity which includes liaising with clients through email, phone and conference calls.- Working on each entity monthly and annual events and industry related days.- Responsible for the planning of annual launches and events of specific "special or commemorative days" for each region.- Attend events and shows as requested by the client in an effort to support the client, create meaningful content, incorporate live content and assist with representation of the client.SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
