The ideal candidate needs to be a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Creator who is passionate about storytelling, trend-savvy, and possesses a keen understanding of various social media platforms. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging, shareable, and on-brand content to enhance their online presence and drive audience engagement. Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role
Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software
Possessing 2 years of experience, with an additional 1 year or more specifically in the use of Canva and Adobe software
In-depth knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving trends
A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and community building

Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Creation
Develop compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok
Craft engaging captions and copy that resonate with the target audience and align with the brand voice
Visual Storytelling
Create eye-catching graphics, images, and videos to convey brand messages effectively
Stay abreast of design trends and incorporate innovative visual elements to captivate and retain audience attention
Platform Management
Maintain an active and consistent presence across social media channels.
Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement
Content Calendar Planning
Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and seasonal trends.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely and cohesive messaging across all channels
Analytics and Optimization
Regularly analyse social media metrics and performance data to refine content strategy.
Implement insights gained from analytics to optimize content for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.
Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product teams, to align content with overall brand strategy.
Partner with influencers and other collaborators to expand reach and enhance content diversity
