We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern with a passion for content creation, social engagement, and digital storytelling to amplify our brand's online presence. This role is ideal for an aspiring digital marketer eager to learn and grow while contributing to meaningful conversations that shape the future of work.Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and guidelines.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages to build positive relationships and foster brand loyalty.
• Collaborate on social media campaigns to drive engagement and align efforts with broader marketing strategies.
• Track key social media metrics using analytics tools to identify trends and optimize performance.
• Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new strategies, tools, or content types to enhance audience engagement.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing (internships count).
• Proficiency in major social media platforms and their functionalities.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) is advantageous.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Creativity and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
