Job Title: Social Media Manager
Salary: R25,000pm TBN
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm UK

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation, an eye for detail, and a strong understanding of modern digital marketing techniques. If you're proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with both creative and analytical tasks, this role is perfect for you!Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with broader business goals.
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages promptly and professionally.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitive activities.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights to optimise content and strategy.
  • Manage and maintain content calendars for multiple brands.
  • Implement and follow best practices for social media advertising and promotion.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (minimum 2 years).
  • Demonstrated success in creating and managing social media content across multiple brands.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
  • Strong content creation skills, including graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable internet connection and a high-quality PC setup.
